LBC – Rhif cais 20/2026/0350 – The Coach House, Pentre Coch, Rhuthun - Codi estyniad ystafell ardd yn y cefn a gosod ffenestri Newydd (ail-gyflwyniad cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

LBC – Rhif cais 01/2026/0356 – Plough Inn, Lon Sowter, Dinbych - Amnewid arwyddion a goleuadau presennol, gan gynnwys ail-baentio’r tu allan a gwaith cysylltiedig (cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

MD – Application No. 43/2026/0338 – Land off Bodnant Avenue, Prestatyn - Erection of 62 no. affordable dwellings and all associated infrastructure works.

LBC – Application No. 20/2026/0350 – The Coach House, Pentre Coch, Ruthin - Erection of a garden room extension to rear and installation of replacement windows (Listed Building application resubmission).

LBC – Application No. 01/2026/0356 – Plough Inn, Bridge Street, Denbigh - Replacement of existing signs and lighting including re-painting of the exterior and associated works (Listed Building application).
