Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council has received the following Applications:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 -
Listed Buildings:
Deptford Fire Station, 186 Evelyn Street, SE8 - HB Grade II Listed Building
Consent for the installation of 2 air source heat pumps with acoustic enclosure & internal works (DC/26/145104).
Under the above Act and Sections 67 and/or 73 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Blackheath Conservation Area:
Flat 31, The Lawns, Lee Terrace, SE3 - Replacement windows (DC/26/144362).
Deptford High Street & St Paul’s Conservation Area:
Rear of: 446 New Cross Road, SE14 - Part demolition, and alteration and change of use of the existing two storey building into a house in multiple occupation HMO (Use Class C4) for five people, the construction of a roof extensions and lightwells to the roof, an air source heat pump, cycle and bin storage (DC/26/143566).
Sydenham Park Conservation Area:
3 Sydenham Park, SE26 - Refurbishment of front steps (DC/26/145026).
