Planning and Listed Building Consent applications received by Norwich City Council:

26/00800/F & 26/00801/L - 115 Newmarket Road. Erection of two external wall-mounted air conditioning condenser units, two internal air conditioning units and associated pipework.

26/00714/F - 20 Bank Plain. New library, archive, entrance, cafe, gallery and associated learning and support spaces.

26/00802/F - Bus Shelter In Front Of 32 - 34 St Stephens Street. Installation of stand alone frame with defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets.

26/00817/MA - 31 Bignold Road. Amendment to approved plans of permission 26/00442/F.

26/00746/F - 8th Norwich Sea Scouts, 70B Bishopgate. Replace pontoons with new pontoons with same freeboard rather than one high and one low freeboard and will appear as one pontoon rather than two separate ones.

26/00763/F - Flat 1, 141 Newmarket Road. Refurbishment and repair of existing timber windows to Flat 1, 141 Newmarket Road, Norwich, including the replacement of single glazed casement inserts with new Accoya timber casement inserts incorporating 20mm double glazed units.

Creating a new entrance to the Undercroft bedroom suite from the east courtyard; installing a new cladding screen to the undercroft entrance and the elevations of Rooms 3 and 4; adjusting the boundary treatment along The Chantry with associated resurfacing; installing a new vehicular and pedestrian gate, car port and laundry room along The Chantry; installation of 5no. new air conditioning units.

26/00857/L - 3 West Parade. Construction of new ground floor cloakroom off hall. Partial demolition of existing utility space off kitchen with new insulated brick wall, window and rooflight. Removal of 1960's metal window and brickwork below to make double doors from kitchen with reinstatement of former open fronted glazed verandah.

26/00808/L - Hinde House, 61 Bethel Street. Re-decoration of the front elevation. Repaint existing render and repair only where required. Front door repainted.
