The decision on whether to grant consent and the conditions of such grant is to be made by the Hazardous Substances Authority, which in this instance is North Yorkshire Council. The application and supporting information can be inspected. It will be available to view on the North Yorkshire Council website public access page for the Ryedale area, or at Ryedale House, Old Malton Rd, Malton, YO17 7HH during the council's normal business hours of 9am until 4.30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 9.30 until 4.30 on a Wednesday. Any representations including comments or questions should be made to North Yorkshire Council quoting the ref. number ZE24/09387/HAZ via the email address: planning. rye@northyorks.gov.uk.

Representations to the Council should be made within 21 days of the date of this advert.
