REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Persimmon Homes (Yorkshire) relating to the application to North Yorkshire Council for Erection of 138 dwellings with associated access, infrastructure, landscaping, open space and demolition of existing dwelling at Land to the rear of Plinthstones, School Road, Hemingbrough, YO8 6QS. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
