Folkestone and Hythe, Multiple Planning Applications

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

26/1250/FH - Eton Suite, The Grand, The Leas, Folkestone, CT20 2LR - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) & removal of condition 4 (flue details) of planning permission 25/1713/FH to allow for the removal of the flue.

26/1311/FH - 20 Clifton Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2EF - Replacement of the existing roof coverings to the main roof and associated re-covering works to the existing dormer and bay window roofs.

26/1312/FH - Castle House, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2TF - New security fencing & gates to existing front car park.

26/1353/FH - 17 High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BN - Listed Building Consent for the installation of shopfront sign.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publicly viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
