IP/26/00596/FUL - 1 Fitzmaurice Road - Demolition of existing side extension and construction of a new dwelling. Extension of dropped kerb and footway crossing off Pretyman Road for proposed dwelling. Erection of single-storey rear extension and a new vehicular access to No 1 Fitzmaurice Road.

IP/26/00624/VC - Land To The West Of: Ransomes Way, Nacton Road - Variation of Condition 2, Condition 6 and Condition 7 of Planning Permission 11/00763/OUTFL (Hybrid (part full/part outline) application for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site to include demolition of all existing buildings, a maximum 62,274 sq.m. of employment (Class B1, B2 and B8) and retail (Class A1) floorspace with associated means of access (including access onto Ransomes Way and Nacton Road), car parking, landscaping, service infrastructure and other associated works and improvements. GEA and associated car parking, landscaping and other works and improvements), to vary the goods that can be sold from the existing retail unit, and increase in net floorspace.
