THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

(1) Affects the setting of a Conservation Area

(2) Affects the setting of a Listed Building

• 1 Collingwood Road, Great Yarmouth; 1. Removal of conservatory and erection of single-storey rear extension; 2. Extension to existing side porch. Application No. 06/26/0601/HH (1)

• 35 Marine Parade, Gorleston; Proposed single storey front extension, opening up of front porch, balcony to front at first floor, alterations to elevations and conversion of garage to habitable use. Application No. 06/26/0631/HH (1)

• Low Barn, Old Coast Road, Ormesby St Margaret; Proposed single storey front extension and conversion of garage to habitable use including alterations to side and rear elevations. Application No. 06/26/0600/HH (2)
