Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/1128/VOC/VMO: 34 Park Road, Bushey, WD23 3EG. Variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for alterations to fenestration and rooflights, and addition of rear external stove pipe following grant of planning permission reference 25/1687/HSE. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1152/FUL/WC: 14 High Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1GG. External alterations and demolition of rear structure. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1047/FUL/CE: St Hildas School, High Street, Bushey, WD23 3DA. Part demolition of the former prep-school building and outbuildings, new entrance extension, consolidation of the existing nursery together with change of use of former prep school floorspace (Class F1), to allow expanded nursery provision (Class E), together with associated works including replacement windows, improved car-parking arrangements and upgraded outdoor play-space provision. Reason: Affecting the setting of a Listed Building.

26/1119/VOC/BSM: National Animal Welfare Trust, Tylers Way, Watford, WD25 8WT. Variation of conditions 2 (plans - FUL), 4 (boundary treatment - FUL), 5 (drainage - FUL), 6 and 7 (surface water drainage - FUL), 10 (solar panels - FUL), 30 (BNG plan), 37 (Dust 1), 39 (Demolition & Construction Environmental Management Plan), 40 (Site waste Management Plan), 43 (Construction Management Plan), 46 (cycle parking), 47 (tree protection), 48 (Landscape Management Plan), 49 (boundary treatment), 50 (soft landscaping), 51 (hard landscaping), 53 (Whole Life Carbon Assessment) and removal of condition 38 (Dust 2) to allow for minor revisions to the development, and specifically a modestly revised building layout of the redeveloped NAWT site as approved following grant of planning permission 23/1731/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
