Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0955.26 - Land North of: 1 Pinewood Road, Havering-atte-Bower, Romford - Variation of condition No. 3 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref: P1563.24 dated 31/01/2025 to amend the internal layout and move the utility to the right hand side (Variation of condition No.3 (Approved Plans) of planning permission P1563.24 dated 31/01/2025 to permit minor change to fenestration and the addition of solar panels (6x single storey, 5bed detached bungalows with bay windows at ground floor, habitable roof space, associated parking and amenity space).

The Application Is In The Green Belt And Does Not Accord With The Provisions Of The Development Plan.

P0970.26 - 44 Acacia Gardens, Upminster - Single storey side/rear extension and conversion of integral garage to habitable use with infill conservatory to side and permeable drive.
