NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Surrey Heath Borough Council intends to sell land adjoining 9 Ripon Close, Heatherside, Surrey, GU15 1BP. Since the said parcels of land form part of an open space within the meaning of Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 the Council is required to give notice of the intended disposal. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should write to me stating their objection to reach me no later than 16th September 2026.
A plan showing the said piece of land shown edged red may be inspected at Surrey Heath House Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey during office opening hours until the 16th September 2026.
