b) WL/2026/00765: Tealby: N Ferrier-Hanslip: Land adj 5 Beck Hill: vary conditions
2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12&13 of 143877 – remove basement & changes to exterior/interior.
c) WL/2026/00430: Market Rasen: J Tappenden: 16-18 Oxford St: change of use to 5 apartments inc. external alterations to windows & doors(departure from local plan)
