Variation of Condition 2 of application A/23/95286/VARMAJ to increase the building footprint of Unit A to allow the loading bays to be fully enclosed within the structure and alterations to car parking arrangement. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent and which is within a Conservation Area: Dicconson.
