NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/000484/26 & FUL/000478/26 – Listed Building & Planning Applications for conversion of part of the ground floor and upper floors to form 8 apartments (Use Class C3), subdivision of the existing ground floor retail unit to form 2 retail units (Use Class A1), 1 financial and professional services unit (Use Class A2) and associated external alterations and installation of 8 no. electrical meter boxes at 1-3 Wrexham Street, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000679/26 & FUL/000678/26 – Listed Building & Planning Applications for replacement of existing roof and wall covering/finish. Install changing room and storage with access/hallway at Hawksbury Little Theatre, Mill Lane, Buckley. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
