26/01601/FUL - Triplesix Tattoo 24 Fawcett Street Sunderland SR1 1RH. Gills Fryfry LTD is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use to first and second floors from storage to six student studios and alterations to shop front to insert doorway access to upper floors.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting off 48-51 John Street SR1 1QN which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
