TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/1141/LBC/BSM & 26/1140/FUL/BSM: Music School, Aldenham School, Aldenham Road, Elstree. Ground floor extension to provide entrance lobby, administrative and staff areas; new openings in north elevation; internal alterations to layout on both floors; removal of modern boiler house on northern elevation; installation of 2x air handling units on south elevation; installation of sub-ground surface water attenuation tank; and minor amendments to existing hard surfacing. Reason: Listed Building.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
