Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2026/0404/FUL

Proposal: Full planning permission for the erection of 63 affordable dwellings (Use Class C3), comprising a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses, apartments and bungalows, together with associated access roads, parking, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, public open space, pedestrian connections and all associated works. The proposal is for a 100% affordable housing scheme (social rent) comprising a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed units.

The application is for a Major Development.

Application Number: P/2026/0394/FUL

Proposal: Residential development of 158no dwellings with associated access, infrastructure and landscaping.

Applicant: Gleeson Regeneration Ltd And Haslam Grove Ltd

Location: Land At Chapel Lane Sutton Manor, St Helens
