The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2026/0394/FUL

Proposal: Residential development of 158no dwellings with associated access, infrastructure and landscaping.

Applicant: Gleeson Regeneration Ltd And Haslam Grove Ltd

Location: Land At Chapel Lane Sutton Manor, St Helens

The application is for a Major Development.
