Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan, Major development.
2026/2178 AYLSHAM, Barnwell Print, Dunkirk, NR11 6SU – Change of use from Manufacturing (B2) to Storage and Distribution (B8). Reason(s): Major development.
2026/2151 BLICKLING, The Old Rectory, Blickling Road, NR11 6NF. – Single-storey detached garden room for ancillary use. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.
Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
