2026/2319 WINFARTHING, Wilderness Farm, Short Green, IP22 2EE – Conversion and enhancement of an existing agricultural barn to a single dwelling, erection of an open cart shed, and associated landscaping, parking, access and residential curtilage Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2232 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, 2 Old Chapel Yard, Harleston, IP20 9AJ, – Retrospective erection of timber fence across width of forecourt, with gate. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/1016 THARSTON AND HAPTON, Timbers, Chequers Road NR15 2YA – Replacement of existing cattery unit, garage and metal shed with a purpose built Commercial Cattery unit to current DEFRA higher standards Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2271 NEWTON FLOTMAN, Land South Of, Flordon Road – Erection of three self-build detached dwellings, together with associated amenity space, garaging, parking, and turning areas Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

2026/1101 DICKLEBURGH AND RUSHALL, Rose Cottage, Norwich Road IP21 4NR – Repair roof, renew facias, soffits, guttering, replace windows, front & side doors and retention of replaced of floor structure at first floor Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/2269 MULBARTON, Lantana, Norwich Road, NR14 8JT – Proposed vehicular access on to Norwich Road Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/1980 ROCKLAND ST MARY, The Normans, Run Lane, NR14 7EZ – Installation of roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) array on the courtyard-facing roof slopes of the outbuildings Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website.
