I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
FAKENHAM LA/26/1583 Replace bathroom window with like for like timber window with obscured glass; Prospect House, 21 Norwich Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8AU for Mrs Ruth Denton; Reasons: c) e)
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA PF/26/1200 Change of use of former amusement arcade to fish and chip restaurant. Internal alterations to and linking of No. 10 and No. 13 The Quay at ground floor level. Removal of existing corrugated roofing over former amusement arcade, raising of roof, and creation of additional storage area; 10 The Quay, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1AH for Mr Marcus French; Reasons: c)
WIGHTON LA/26/1627 Part retrospective and proposed conservation repairs to the impact damaged south west corner, including removal of inappropriate modern reconstruction and reinstatement of the brickwork, flint lining, roof timbers and pantiles using matching traditional materials.; Hall Farm, 13 High Street, Wighton, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1AL for Eighth Earl of Leicester Thomas Edward; Reasons: c) e)

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
