NOTICE OF DISPOSAL
OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT
MILTON MALSOR VILLAGE PARK,
COLLINGTREE, NORTHAMPTON, NN7 3AF

1.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to Section 123 of Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice to Milton Malsor Parish Council.

2.  Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (Ref LP/PAD/Milton) West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice

3.  A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton from 8:30am to 5:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesdays or an electronic copy can be requested by emailing legalservices@westnorthants.gov.uk

SCHEDULE

Approximately 8191 square metres of land adjacent to Fogg Cottages, Collingtree Road, Northampton, NN7 3AF.
