NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building

Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed change of use of the upper floors from class E (Commercial, Business and Service) to class C3 (Dwellinghouse) at Timespan Clocks & Watches, 7 Lad Lane, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1RE by Holm Oak Investments Ltd. File ref: 26/00599/COUNOT (Application site is within the Town Centre conservation area).

2. Fibre telecoms cable to be span onto the building and attached at top of building underneath eaves. 80m cable on wall to be run down the eaves and across building following existing cable between ground floor and first floor windows. Cable will go along edges so as to not stand out. Cable will go round to extension building and go into it via a new drilled hole next to the internal comms cabinet at Harecastle Farm, Newcastle Road, Talke, ST7 1UR by Miller and Carter. 3. Variation of condition 09 of planning permission 23/00002/OUT to vary the wording of Condition 9 (Offsite Highway Improvement Works) to alter the condition trigger to prior to the occupation of the 30th dwelling and to substitute Drawing 24203-03-1 Rev E with 24203-06- 1 Rev A and 24203-03-8 Rev F with 24203-06-4 Rev A at Land North of Mucklestone Wood Lane and East of Rock Lane, Loggerheads, TF9 4EF by Shropshire Homes. File ref. 26/00572/FUL (Application is for Major Development and affects the setting of a listed building)

4. Application to determine if prior approval is required for the proposed conversion of the existing four-storey office building into 50 residential apartments, comprising a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units at Copthall House, King Street, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire by M1 Investments Ltd. File ref: 26/00606/COUNOT (Application site is within the Town Centre conservation area).

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
