The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications to carry out the above works have been made to Wigan Council. The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of a Listed Building, which is within a Conservation Area:
Wigan Pier.
A/26/101206/MAJOR Trencherfield Mill, Heritage Way, Wigan WN3 4DU Removal and replacement of cladding to external and atrium walls and associated works for the purposes of meeting current fire safety regulations/ cladding remediation.
A/26/101207/LB Trencherfield Mill, Heritage Way, Wigan WN3 4DU Listed building consent for the removal and replacement of cladding to external and atrium walls and associated works for the purposes of meeting current fire safety regulations/cladding remediation
