Location: Bryant’s Lane and Reach Lane Quarries, Bryant’s Lane, Heath & Reach, Leighton Buzzard
Proposed Development: Extraction of sand; installation of new mineral processing plant; progressive restoration of site by infilling with an estimated 3.9Mm3 of imported inert material without compliance with condition 1 (approved drawings) of planning permission no. CB/19/01753/MW granted on 12 June 2023 to allow the retention of fencing (retrospective). (Application made under Section 73 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990).
