A/26/101174/FULL 25 Wallgate, Wigan WN1 1LD Change of use from a recruitment agency (Class E(ii) to a licensed bar with manager accommodation above (Sui Generis) A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Green Hill
A/26/101376/HH 331 Wigan Lane, Wigan WN1 2RD Single storey rear extension following demolition of extension and detached garage.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/26/101304/HH 502 Preston Road, Standish, Wigan WN6 0QA Garage conversion, alterations to fenestration and erection of garden room to side garden.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.

A/26/101270/HH 1 Ainscows Meadow, Hall Lane, Aspull, Wigan First Floor extension with dormer and two storey extension to side. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building
