What is planned?

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Environmental Impact Assessment Development and Major development proposed and Departure from development plan. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application site is situated.


Notice is hereby given that the following planning application has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council and is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The proposed development is a major development and Departure from development plan. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application site is situated.

Any person wishing to make representations on the application should submit their comments in writing to the Head of Planning within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.

Application Reference: PL/26/06414/OA

Proposal: Outline planning application (all matters reserved except for principal points of access), to be implemented in phases, for redevelopment of site comprising: a) Demolition of existing buildings and structures. Preparatory works, and formation of vehicular and pedestrian access from Wexham Street; b) Provision of flexible commercial floorspace comprising of either – Up to 16,000 sqm of B2/B8 floorspace across multiple units; or – Up to 40,500 sqm of sui generis Data Centre use, up to 5,000sqm of associated energy centre and up to 650sqm sub-station (all including ancillary B1a office space, plant, servicing yards, car and cycle parking, landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructure).
