REASON FOR HEARING

Appeal by Rainier Developments Ltd, Mr WA Parrish and Mr WK Parrish against the refusal to grant planning permission by Central Bedfordshire Council as Local Planning Authority for Outline Application for construction of up to 115 residential dwellings, affordable housing, vehicular access off Bedford Road and Hurricane Avenue, and provision of public open space with associated landscape planting with associated infrastructure, drainage measures, earthworks and all other associated works. All matters reserved except access at Land West of Hurricane Avenue, Lower Stondon.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as a Virtual event run by Central Bedfordshire Council.

Anyone wishing to join the Virtual Hearing must make that interest known to the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Appeals Team as soon as possible prior to the Hearing, by emailing planning.appeals@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk after reading the Hearing Attendance Information set out below. When contacting the Appeals Team, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or join only as an observer. This information will need to be provided to the Planning Inspector.
