Proposed development at Friday Street Farm, Oak Tree Lane, Eastbourne, BN23 8BB. I give notice that Chartway Partnerships Group c/o Chartway Partnerships Group is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, 29, 31 and removal of conditions 2, 9, 10, 25 of WD/2020/1391/MAJ (outline application for the development of up to 250 dwellings (35% affordable), with associated car parking, together with the introduction of new access point from Pennine Way and creation of a network of roads, footways and cycleways throughout the site; and the provision of 1.6ha of public open space, further children’s play areas, allotments, sustainable urban drainage systems and landscape buffers on the site (matters for approval: access) to allow for inclusion of a new site phasing mechanism. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
