What is planned?

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26F/2362- Everton Stadium, Bramley Moore Dock
(3) Applicant Everton Stadium Development Limited. Planning application to vary condition 36 attached to planning ref 20F/0001 as amended by 22NM/0999 and 23NM/1137 (Application for Full Planning Permission in accordance with submitted drawings for the demolition of existing buildings/structures on site (listed in the schedule); remediation works; foundation/piling works; infill of the Bramley-Moore Dock, alteration to dock walls and dock isolation works with vehicular and pedestrian links above; and other associated engineering works to accommodate the development of a stadium (Use Class D2) predominantly for football use, with the ability to host other events, with ancillary offices (Use Class B1a); Club Shop and retail concessions (internal and external to the stadium) (Use Class A1); exhibition and conference facilities (Use Class D1); food and drink concessions (internal and external to the stadium) (Use Classes A3 / A4 / A5); betting shop concessions (Sui Generis); and associated infrastructure including: electric substation, creation of a water channel, outside broadcast compound, photo-voltaic panels, storage areas/compound, security booth, external concourse / fan zone including performance stage, vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation areas, hard and soft landscaping (including stepped plaza, canopies, lighting, wind mitigation structures, public art, tree planting and boundary treatments), cycle parking structures and vehicle parking (external at grade) and change of use of the Hydraulic Tower structure to an exhibition/cultural centre (Use Class D1) with ancillary food and drink concession (Use Class A3)) so as to allow no more than 8 no. non-sporting events to take place at full capacity within the stadium in any calendar year, and of those no more than two may continue up until 23:30 with all music concerts finishing by 23:00.

26H/2251 - 24 South Drive (15) Applicant Joshua Langlois. To install new cycle store with associated fence enclosure, install new garden store in rear and installation of solar panels to rear roof plane following the removal of existing shed.

26F/2302 - St Matthew and St James Church Of England Church, Rose Lane (18) Applicant The Parochial Church Council. To install new entrance steps and access ramp with associated handrails and balustrade, new fencing and gate, create 4 no. accessible car parking spaces and carry out other minor landscaping works.

26F/2334 - Anfield Stadium (4), Applicant Mr Paul Cuttill, Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Ltd. Planning application to vary condition 3 attached to planning ref 20F/3090 (To extend the Anfield Road Stand, following partial demolition, to provide up to 7,000 additional seats and internal facilities including general admission concourses, hospitality lounges, a family fan zone, club offices, staff facilities and plant and equipment; with associated public realm; lighting; landscaping and associated infrastructure; and, To use the stadium for other team sporting events, and to host up to 6 major events per annum, for up to 5 years) so as to allow concerts and major events to be held in the month of July.

26H/2244 - Fulwood Park Lodge, 1A Fulwood Park (17) Applicant Fiona McBride. To replace 8 no. windows throughout and replace the existing boundary fence.

26L/2315 - 22 Church Road (25) Applicant Lucy Bryne and Andrew Speakman. To carry out replacement of existing sash and casement windows to front and rear elevations with new slim profile double glazed box sash windows.

26A/2204 & 26L/2095 St Johns Beacon, Radio City Tower, 1 Houghton Street (1) Applicant Precise Retail Solutions 1 LP. To replace the existing lit signage band with a new digital LED signage band.

26H/2151 - 22 High Street (25) Applicant Mr & Mrs Williams. To erect 2 storey extension to rear, minor alterations to ground floor window and install new gate with closed border fence at rear and carry out internal alterations.

26L/2076 - 22 High Street (25) Applicant Mr & Mrs Williams. To reinstate original outrigger with w.c. and utility room on the ground floor, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe on the first floor, move kitchen to existing dining room and alterations to window opening to raise cill height for new window and remove partition between the two front facing bedrooms on the first floor.

26F/1462 - 89 Saxony Road (7) Applicant J Stockwell, Crockwell Properties Ltd. To continue to use as (Use Class C4 House of Multiple Occupation) for 3-6 persons. To erect dormer to the rear, with associated 2 no. roof lights to front roof plane; to erect first floor rear extension to existing outrigger; 1 no. window proposed to side and alterations to existing fenestration.

26F/2197 - 25 Drury Lane (2) Applicant Mr Matthew Simmonds KFIM LIPUT. To carry out works to replace 25 combustible spandrel panels to the first floor south elevation with aesthetically identical non-combustible spandrel panels.

26L/1965 - Liverpool Town Hall, Dale Street (2) Applicant James Shields. Retrospective application for the installation of CCTV cameras.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 17th September 2926 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
