TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2026/0488/CA: Dormer extension to front & rear at 26 Upleatham Street, Saltburn
*R/2026/0577/CA: Two storey rear extension at 35 Coral Street, Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
R/2023/0755/CA: Demolition of buildings; construction of a dwelling within the footprint of existing building and detached garage Land to the rear of 8 St Hildas Place, Loftus
R/2026/0578/CA: Detached dwelling to rear of property with access from Raisbeck Close at 87 High Street, Markse.
R/2026/0581/CA: Single storey extension; replacement windows; enclosure of plant & new access stairs to attic at The Spa Hotel, Saltburn Bank, Salburn
Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
R/2023/0755/CA: Demolition of buildings; construction of a dwelling within the footprint of existing building and detached garage Land to the rear of 8 St Hildas Place, Loftus
Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.
Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
