Land West of Christmas Lane and South of Parish Lane, Farnham Common. Outline application for 40 dwellings (Use Class C3) (matters to be considered at this stage: access, scale and layout).

27 Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross. Replacement windows at ground floor, first floor and loft level (excluding shopfront).

2 Malthouse Square, Beaconsfield. Single storey rear extension with link to garage.

Yew Tree Cottage, 2 Windsor End, Beaconsfield. Listed building consent for repairs and section of rebuilding to brick boundary wall.

Denham Golf Club Railway Station, Slade Oak Lane, Higher Denham.Listed building consent for repair and restoration of two Grade II listed pagoda waiting shelters, including repairs to metal framework and bases, removal and reinstatement of corrugated cladding, replacement of non-original guttering, vegetation removal, repainting in traditional GWR colours, and historic windows and double doors reinstatement.
