Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Affects the Character of a Conservation Area, Application:11/26/0009: Installation of solar panels and air source heat pump to the rear of the property at 4 Meadowside, Coggins Lane, Combe Florey.
Application:18/26/0010: Erection of a detached car port to the front of Blakes Garden Cottage, Blakes Lane, Halse.
Affects the Setting of Listed Building, Application:38/26/0218: Erection of a single storey building for use as a virtual cricket lane with associated works at Queens College, Trull Road, Taunton.
Application Accompanied by EIA, Application:34/16/0014: Outline permission (with all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of up to 915 residential units, a primary school, 0.5 ha of employment land, local centre, open space including allotments and sports pitches, green infrastructure, landscaping, woodland planting, sustainable drainage systems and associated works; including provision of an internal spine road to connect A358 Staplegrove Road to Kingston Road on land at Staplegrove (East), Taunton.
Major Development, Application:46/26/0021: Outline application for up to 225 dwellings, including associated open space and landscaping, with all matters reserved except for access at Land North of Taunton Road, Wellington (DEPARTURE FROM LOCAL PLAN).
