The application details are available to view and comment on at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning, or comment in writing to Council Offices, Oxted, RH8 0BT. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

2026/804 - The Cage Cabin, Plaistow Street, Lingfield. Change of use of existing ground floor commercial unit from sui generis (tattoo parlour) to Class E (café/coffee shop).

2026/1044 - Church of St Peter, Tandridge Lane, Tandridge. Consultation under the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules (Ecclesiastical Exemption – Church of England) for comments on the installation of toilet facilities & refreshments-point at St Peter’s Tandridge (Grade I; C12/C19).
