NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT
We give notice that Lumentum Technology Limited is applying to West Northamptonshire Council for Hazardous Substances Consent to increase the existing storage and use of Schedule 1 Part 2 No. 15 Hydrogen (30000Kg), No.28 Arsine (2000Kg) and No.29 Phosphine (4000Kg) at Lumentum, Caswell Office, Caswell, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8EQ.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Lumentum, Caswell Office, Caswell, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8EQ during all reasonable hours until
11th September 2026.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Development Management Division – South Northamptonshire Area, West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester, NN12 6AD by
11th September 2026.
West Northamptonshire Council is the Hazardous Substances Authority, and it will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to include on the consent.
