You will find the additional information along with the full submission documentation of the original planning application 17th September 2025 on our web page http://eplanning.norfolk.gov.uk/. Please use the reference number FUL/2025/0028 for your search. Although the County Council no longer holds a paper copy of the application, an electronic version can be viewed online at the Council’s offices (County Hall, Norwich). If you wish to do so please email mawp@norfolk.gov.uk or phone 0344 800 8020 to arrange an appointment. Alternatively you are also able to view a copy at your District or Borough Council office, or use your local library to view the application online, should you not be able to visit County Hall.

The application will be determined by the Planning (Regulatory) Committee. Members of the public can, by prior arrangement, speak at meetings of the Planning (Regulatory) Committee.
