26/1048/OUT/CE: Land Rear Of: 31 - 61 Blanche Lane, South Mimms - Construction of up to 49 dwellings on Land off: Blanche Lane. (Outline application to include access, all other matters reserved).
Reason: Major Development and Conservation Area.

26/0955/HSE/KSE: 56 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EJ - Construction of single storey rear extension with associated alterations to decking and relocation of pergola and hot tub.
Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1127/ADV/MT: 149 High Street, Potters Bar, EN6 5BB - Installation of 1x internally illuminated fascia sign and 1x projecting illuminated sign.
Reason: Affecting the setting of a Listed Building.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at: www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at: The Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to: The Head of Planning at The Borehamwood Offices, within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
