26/P/1050/FUL - Proposed renovation and upgrade of existing premises. Works include demolition of existing single storey extension, erection of two storey wraparound extension to the southwest elevation, alteration to fenestration, materials and roofing at Clevedon YMCA, Marson Road, Clevedon.

26/P/1570/FUL - External building alterations, including the modification and replacement of existing windows and access doors, installation of dormer windows and rooflights, formalisation of residential car parking including EV car charging facilities, and the erection of refuse and cycle storage within the rear car park, at first floor 3 to 5, first and second floors 7A, Clevedon Triangle Centre, Clevedon.

Listed Building Application in a Conservation Area

26/P/1657/S73 - Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (Approved plans and documents) and 3 (Cladding Materials) attached to permission 25/P/2666/LBC (Listed building consent for the removal and replacement of the existing combustible cladding and external wall elements with new non-combustible cladding and associated works). To allow for the replacement of the approved cladding system with a feasible and compliant alternative with a like-for-like aesthetic, and amendment to the wording of condition 3 to reflect the changes to the approved cladding at Royal Pier Apartments, 2 Marine Parade, Clevedon.
