Notice is given that Huntingdon Town Council intends to grant a lease for a term of 99 years to Fusion Family and Youth Projects of approximately 687 square metres of land forming part of Coneygear Park, Huntingdon, shown edged red on the plan available for inspection. The proposed lease is to permit the construction and use of a community building for Community Family and Youth Centre.
Notice is given that Huntingdon Town Council intends to grant a lease for a term of 99 years to Huntingdon Tennis Club of approximately 1220 square metres of land forming part of King George V Playing Fields, St Peter Road, Huntingdon, shown edged red on the plan available for inspection. The proposed lease is to permit the construction and use of Padel & Pickleball courts, for recreational use by Community Groups and local residents.
Plans are available for inspection at Huntingdon Town Hall, Market Hill, Huntingdon, PE29 3PJ or www.huntingdontown.gov.uk
Written representations concerning the proposed disposals should be sent to sarahjane.gaule@huntingdontown.gov.uk by no later than 9th September 2026.
