NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 112 SQUARE METRES OF LAND ADJACENT TO SUNNYBROOK, AT THE JUNCTION OF BURRADON ROAD AND FERN DRIVE, ANNITSFORD, CRAMLINGTON
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the Borough of North Tyneside intends to dispose of the following land for garden use:
Land adjacent to Sunnybrook, at the junction of Burradon Road and Fern Drive, Annitsford, Cramlington, (“the Property”), measuring circa 112 square metres.
A plan showing the area concerned may be viewed on the Property Page on the Council’s website www.northtyneside.gov.uk [northtyneside.gov.uk] By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the Borough Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of the Property for garden use and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.
Any representations or objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Strategic Property Team at the email/address below by the 25th September 2026.
