I give notice that Quod is applying to The London Borough Of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:
Hybrid Planning Permission Is Sought For A Comprehensive, Phased And Residential Led Development At Stratford Cross For The Following:
(a) With all matters reserved (the Outline Element) for future determination for purpose built student accommodation ("PBSA") (Sui Generis) AND/OR large scale purpose built shared living ("LSPBSL") (sui generis); non-residential floorspace comprising Class E, F1 (b), (d) and (f), F2 and Sui Generis (public house, wine bar or drinking establishment, drinking establishment with expanded food provision, hot food takeaway, live music performance venue or cinema); areas to provide circulation, servicing, car parking and cycle parking; landscaping including laying out of open space; and other supporting infrastructure works and facilities.
(b) Detailed permission (the Detailed Element) comprising:
(i) residential uses (Class C3);
(ii) Non-residential floorspace comprising Class E, F1 (b), (d) and (f), F2 and Sui Generis;
(iii) The erection of buildings of varying heights;
(iv) New vehicular access into the site from Westfield Avenue and associated highway infrastructure works, service access and car/cycle parking;
(v) Hard and soft landscaping public realm works incorporating the provision of public open space;
(vi) Additional areas to provide associated plant, storage, servicing, circulation space; and
(vii) Associated infrastructure and ancillary works.
