I give notice that Quod acting on behalf of c/o agent is applying to The London Borough Of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:

Outline planning permission with all matters reserved for the comprehensive phased redevelopment to provide new buildings to accommodate new homes (Class C3), flexible commercial, sport and community uses (Class E, F2 and Sui Generis - drinking establishment), associated cycle and vehicle parking, landscaping, public realm, open space, children’s play space, sports pitches, partial removal of subterranean elements of the former gasholder, full remediation and site preparation works.

This Application Is Accompanied By An Environmental Statement Under The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (As Amended).
