Take notice that application is being made by Mrs Shirley Whitehurst, 9 Wychall Orchard, Seaton, Devon EX12 2BQ for planning permission to A permanent structure (in the form of a tectonics marquee) to be used in the grounds of this tourist attraction. Size 108 square metres. Use for visitors during wet weather and for activities and future events. For use as storage during the winter months after the close of the tourist season.

Application submitted to East Devon District Council Local Planning Authority address: Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
