Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended)
Applications which may affect a public right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies (Article 12 (3)): Erection of 9 new dwellings together with vehicular parking, access improvements, foul drainage and sewage works and other associated works at Land at Llyswen, Llyswen LD3 0US for Mr & Mrs I and K Griffiths – P/26/0756/FUL
