What is planned?

The following applications have been received:-

AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0939/26/FUL - Erection of a detached car port with studio space above, to replace existing car port and workshop, and associated works (retrospective) -Oldfields House, Leddington, Ledbury.

P0958/26/LD1 - Application under section 191 to establish whether the use of land for parking of vehicles in association with a private business is lawful - Land E 373055 N 218970, Birdwood.

THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - P0954/26/OUTT - Outline application for the erection of up to two dwellings with associated access, parking and drainage (some matters reserved) - Land Adjacent To 13, Steam Mills Road, Cinderford.

P0940/26/FUL - Conversion of a disused outbuilding to a single self-build dwellinghouse, alterations to the access and associated works - -Brookwood, Kempley Road, Gorsley, Ross On Wye.

P0962/26/FUL - Erection of 4 dwelling and garages with associated parking , landscaping and works. Demolition of existing barns - Barn Conversion, Cackleberries, Over Old Road, Hartpury.  

Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 16th September 2026.
