NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications
1) Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings, and erection of a dwelling with associated access, parking and landscaping at Temple Sheen Rowhill Road Wilmington (Application Reference: DA/26/00904/FUL)
which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.
2) Demolition of existing garage and erection of a single dwellinghouse at St Fiacre Green Street Green Road Darenth (Application Reference: DA/26/00797/FUL)
which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
