What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2026/0501/FUL7 Steep Hill: Change of use of existing garage and office space and erection of a two-storey extension, to provide 2 self contained flats (Use Class C3), together with associated works. Extension of existing boundary wall by up to 1.2m, and installation of an air source heat pump.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
