Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 11 September 2026 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR
PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
I GIVE NOTICE THAT Hawke Ridge Business Park Ltd and Bellway Homes Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2026/04685) for the erection of: (i) 1 No. retail convenience store (Class E), 3 No. flexible retail units (Class E), and roadside drive through unit (sui generis); (ii) a 64-bed care home (Class C2); and (iii) 249 No. residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated access, green and blue infrastructure works at Hawke Ridge Business Park, Westbury, BS13 4LD and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website. Copies may also be viewed using computers available in local libraries.
