Notice is hereby given that Tomchrasky Limited, with company registration number SC710514, with its Registered Office at C/O Turcan Connell Princes Exchange, 1 Earl Grey Street, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH3 9EE has made an application (the “variation application”) to the Scottish Ministers to vary the consent granted under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 (the “section 36 consent”) to construct and operate Tomchrasky Wind Farm located at Tomchrasky, Glenmoriston, IV63 7YN in the Highland Council administrative area, (Central Grid Reference Easting 222620, Northing 813817) previously consented on 6th May 2025 by the Scottish Ministers. The proposed variation is subject to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). An EIA Report has been produced to accompany the variation application.

The Company is also seeking a direction under section 57(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 for a new planning permission to be granted in respect of the Proposed Varied Development.

The variation application seeks to make the following variations:

• Increase the tip height of all 14 consented wind turbines from 185m to up to 250m and extend the operational life of the project from thirty to forty years.

A summary of the variation application, a copy of the variation application, a copy of the original section 36 consent and decision letter including the direction under section 57 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 which stated that planning permission was deemed to be granted, and the EIA report prepared in relation to the proposed varied development (“the variation application documents”) are available for public inspection in person, free of charge, during normal office hours at:

Copies of the Variation EIA Report may be obtained from Tomchrasky Limited (telephone: 07748276069 or email: epowe@turnkeydev.com) for £900 in hard copy and free of charge on a USB. Copies of a Non-Technical Summary are available free of charge.

Any representations on the variation application may be submitted via www.energyconsents.scot, using the relevant Project Name and/or ECU reference number. Please note that you must be in possession of a working email address to submit a representation virtually.

If you would prefer to submit your representation by post, please send to the Scottish Government, Energy Consents Unit, 4th Floor, 5 Atlantic Quay, 150 Broomielaw, Glasgow, G2 8LU, identifying the proposal and specifying the grounds for representation. Written representations should be dated, clearly stating the name (in block capitals) and full postal address of those making representations.

All representations should be received not later than Wednesday 30th September 2026. Scottish Ministers may be able to consider written representations received after this date.

Any subsequent additional information which is submitted by the Company will be subject to further public notice in this manner, and representations to such information will be accepted as per this notice.

Where Scottish Ministers decide to exercise their discretion to do so, they can cause a public inquiry to be held.

Scottish Ministers will determine the application for consent in one of two ways:

• Grant consent, with or without conditions attached; or

• Refuse the proposal.
