Proposed works to include - structural repair to main load bearing beam and truss to the living room. Replace associated floor joists. Relay existing floor boards back in place. Installation of new wall and ceiling plaster, along with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Installation of modern insulation products to main roof and to provide sound insulation to floor structures.

Reason: The intention is to reduce the weight bias and wind exposure of the remaining crown, thereby reducing the risk of further failure that could potentially shorten the trees life expectancy.
