They can be seen, together with the plans, ONLINE at: www.richmond.gov.uk/planning, at: The Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ; and online at all Borough Libraries. Enquiries can only be dealt with at The Civic Centre.
